World War I

 Source
This image shows dead French soldiers left on the ground in the Argonne.
This photo gives people a better understanding of WWI because it shows how cruel other countries were and how hard it was for people to be saved. They were being killed left and right and people might not have seen that especially in the US because there was no fighting going on here. It shows people how real the war was, and although we were sending troops out and fighting in it, it doesn't seem real until you see a dead soldier in front of you and until you experience it.

JFK

In this photo JFK is spending time with his wife and kids. They are relaxing outside. This shows that while JFK was in office, he was still a normal guy he had a family and a wife that he loved, and he must have loved his country just as much. He took the time to focus on his family, and he parallels that by spending the time to focus on his country. He was a good man, and was loyal. Losing him was a huge loss for this country. Also look at him he's beautiful.
